Welcome to www.medekppe.com (the "Website"), a Disposable Glove Distributor website. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Website, products, and services. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Website.

1. Use of the Website

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and digital downloads, is the property of Medek PPE or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content may result in a violation of these laws.

You are granted a limited license to access and make personal use of the Website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, without the express written consent of Medek PPE.

3. User Accounts
To access certain features or services on our Website, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, password, or any other security breach.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on our Website. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

4. Orders and Payments
By placing an order on our Website, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you have the right to use the information you provide for the transaction. All prices on our Website are listed in US dollars, and payment must be made in US dollars.

We use a third-party payment processor to process your payment when you make a purchase on our Website. We do not store or have direct access to your payment information. Your payment information is provided directly to the third-party payment processor, who is responsible for securely storing and handling your payment information per their privacy policy and terms.

5. Shipping and ReturnsPayment for products must be made prior to shipment. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the next business day. We primarily use UPS for shipping, with the delivery option selected by the customer during the checkout process. A tracking number will be sent to the customer's email address provided during the purchase/checkout process.

5.1 Order Cancellation or Modification
Orders may be canceled or changed at no charge before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, any modifications or cancellations will be subject to the terms outlined in our Returns Policy below.

5.2 Unopened Products
If you wish to return an unopened product, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date. There is a 25% restocking fee for any returned unopened products.

5.3 Opened Products
Please note that we cannot accept returns for opened packages. Open packages are not eligible for refunds.

5.4 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact the salesperson from whom you purchased the product. If you made your purchase directly on the Medek PPE Website, you may contact our support team at support@medekhealth.com or call us at (352) 385-1803 to begin the return process.

5.5 Exceptions
No returns will be accepted for Medek PPE after 30 days from the purchase date.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Medek PPE, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Website; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website; (iii) any content obtained from the Website; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Medek PPE, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (i) your use and access of the Website; (ii) a breach of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Website and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Website.
